Yeah, we were pretty close to releasing the demo, but then we kinda got sidetracked.
We knew that the current release really isn't put together all that well, and we were about 70% finished with the demo build. We'll finish it at some point though for sure, but we just haven't focused on it as much.
It's supposed to be one of those things where you discover that only one task is the correct path, but we're currently working on a possible skip to update 0.10, and everything won't be so disorganized.

when is the game going to come out its been a long time since it was said to come out

I missed the demo, didn't I? Damn my timing.
Nah it's not your fault. We just got new classes and have been under some pretty decent stress.
We also weren't sure how many people were looking forward to it.
We were also hoping to find a better way to work things, or maybe a bigger team.
I'm really not sure when it's going to get done, but our classes end in May.
I think we're going to find time and more motivation to do it within the next short while.
We wish we could just ask a group of people to help make assets and construct code for what we're needing, but I guess time will tell.

Yeah, that's our bad on that one. We're going to add a much more efficient task system at some point though.
